How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please note, if the item you ordered indicates [MADE TO ORDER] your order will be dispatched within 14 working days. This item is being made by hand for you and is not ready to ship, therefore time must be allocated for the order to be made and shipped. If your item indicates [READY TO SHIP] it will be posted in 1-2 working days. All online orders come with a tracking number for your convenience. For custom pieces, see below.

What is the composition of your jewellery?

Every item of jewellery is handcrafted exclusively from precious metals. This includes solid Gold, Platinum, and Sterling Silver. This is to ensure durability and longevity of the pieces. Where indicated, some items are plated in 24ct Yellow Gold or Rhodium. This adds to the aesthetic appeal and durability of jewellery that falls under the category of ‘Fashion Jewellery’. Forever pieces are strictly made of solid metals only and will not be plated unless specifically specified. If you have any specific questions about this type of jewellery or its properties, feel free to ask!

Can I come and see the Jewellery in Person?

Our workshop is by appointment only. You are welcome to organise a time to come in and view any of the jewellery in our attached showroom. Email us to organise a time. Alternatively you can visit any of our stockists to view the jewellery in person.

Can I repurpose my grandmas old jewellery into a custom GL creation?

Absolutely! In fact we encourage this, both from a sentimental and sustainable perspective. Not only will you be preserving the sentimental value of the jewellery by incorporating it into a new design, but you'll also be contributing to a more sustainable approach to fashion and reducing waste.

What is the turnaround time for a custom creation?

Please allow 8-10 weeks for your custom piece to be made. Keep in mind, we need to choose gemstones together and sometimes these can take some time to source. We also have to allow time for hand production as well as gemstone setting. Embrace the time it takes to craft something by hand, it is a beautiful thing and means your piece it uniquely yours.
